just a few updates from our appointment this morning... jonah is still doing wonderfully and he is measuring 9 pounds 3 ounces. i know that's just an estimate and it can be off, but omg. it was fun getting to see him again on a sonogram. also my doctor said we will have him next week, probably towards the end, which is actually not any sooner than we had originally planned from the time we found out we were pregnant. i'm really fine with it, because it's still pretty scary to think about becoming parents so i'm ok with putting it off for a few more days. plus the longer he stays in, the better it is for him. i know once we see him it'll be so great. i am excited. :) i think it's also a little easier to wait since we have more of a definite end in sight, and being on bed rest really does make my body feel a little better even if i am a lot more tired.
this weekend was super busy! well, it was busy for a girl who stayed on the couch most of the time... on friday night our friends beau and jill and their son tyce brought us a yummy dinner and we got to hang out with them for a little bit. then saturday sam and charlie came and brought us lunch and we hung out with them for a while. saturday night matt's parents brought us dinner and justin and amy came over for a little bit, too. then sunday my mom brought us dinner and retaught me how to knit so i have been working on a super cute hat for jonah. it will look like this, but with blueish gray yarn. i'm glad we got to see so much of our family this weekend. we haven't been able to go visit them for a while, and i really feel like they spoiled us with all the yummy food they brought over!
we go back to the doctor on thursday of course so if there's anything new, i'll try to get on here to keep you all updated!
