well we just got home from our first doctor's appointment! all they did was give us a sonogram and then we talked to the doctor. in two weeks we go back and get down to the nitty gritty... whatever that means. haha! i really like my doctor and both of us feel comfortable with him. here's a fun fact: my doctor, who i've been seeing for the past 3 years, delivered matt's youngest brother joey! i didn't know that until a couple of months ago! and the other doctor in that practice delivered matt! isn't that so crazy? anyway, everything is healthy and great and we are so excited! and there's only one in there... we were kind of nervous about that because my grandpa is a twin and twins come from the mom's side of the family and tend to skip a generation. here is a picture to keep you entertained. the little circle in there is not the head; it's the yolk sack that feeds the baby right now. there is a little line in between two crosses and the cross on the left is the head and the one on the right is his/her little booty. it really just looks like a blob but we love that blob!
