-so i've been telling you i love weight watchers, because it's so flexible. part of the reason you are able to continue the program, however, is with the help of these very low calorie key foods. eating them daily means you don't have to be hungry, especially if everything else you're eating is healthy. (side note: for my bad meal last friday, i had long john silvers... NEVER. AGAIN. i felt horrible for two days!)
key weight watchers staples:
-fiber one yogurt- 0 points
-natures' own whitewheat bread- 1 point for 2 pieces
-pickles- 0 points
-progresso light soup- 0 points
-freeze dried strawberries- 1 point for the whole bag, & good luck eating a whole bag.
-fruit- 1 point for most things
-spray butter- 0 points

i love making baby food. i love cooking already, but then getting to make food for jonah really brings me joy. especially when someone else cleans up the mess haha! but really, i love it! and it's way cheaper than buying the jars.
baby foods we have made or jonah has tried so far:
-pears (loves)
-peaches (sour face... we'll try again soon)
-prunes (likes, but can only use for constipation...)
-bananas (likes)
-sweet potatoes (LOVES)
-pumpkin (from a can) (LOVES)
-apple sauce (from a jar) (LOVE LOVE LOVES. and p.s. it's good mixed with pumpkin- i tried it. it's like fall applesauce.)
-green beans (hates lol)
-peas (loves)
-split peas (HAAAAAATES!)
-butternut squash (LOVE LOVE LOVES)
-avocado (tried twice and hated, tried again this weekend and liked it)

books i'm reading:
-genesis... by God... haha i think moses wrote it, but that can be debated
-feminine appeal by carolyn mahaney
-crazy love by francis chan
-harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban by j.k. rowling (third in series)
**********
that's enough lists for now.
oh! so yesterday i lifted jonah in his car seat, because he fell asleep on the way home and he'll stay sleeping if we bring him in in the seat, but if we take him out it's bad news bears. ok long story short- i totally pulled a muscle in my shoulder!! that hurt. too bad soreness from pulling a muscle doesn't result in big guns like soreness from working out.
p.s. i love matt. and jonah.
