we went to the doctor today and heard the heartbeat! i am definitely more of a sonogram kind of girl. i mean, i was happy to hear it, but it was pretty anticlimactic. the baby's heartbeat was right in the middle of fast and slow, so there are no predictions as to his or her gender. however, on june 11th we will find out for sure what we are having and we will be sure to let everyone know... assuming anyone even reads this blog. ha! the good news is that there is still a baby in there, and everything is going well. praise the Lord!
